Competition Schedules and Entries



Please refer to Appendix 1 for details of Competition Schedule, entry fees, class definitions and specific rules.

The Organising Committee reserves the right to combine, cancel, reschedule or run concurrently any of the classes listed in the Competition Schedule.

ENTRIES
  • All entries must be made using the prescribed Entry Forms attached with this Invitation Programme (Appendix 1).
  • Entries must be submitted by 16 September 2009 (closing date), although any changes can still be made until 30 September 2009.
  • After the closing date, entries will be considered as Late Entries with additional charges as penalty.
  • Entries may be made in person, by post, or fax and will be confirmed when the Waiver Form, Parental Consent Form (if applicable), and full payment are received.

ENTRY FEES
  • Entry fees for each class are indicated in the Competition Schedule (Appendix 1).

ENTRY AND STABLE REQUEST FORM
  • Attached as Appendix 3 and Appendices 4 & 5.

WAIVER AND PARENTAL CONSENT FORM
  • Attached as Appendix 6 and Appendix 7.
  • Please return all signed “Waiver and Acknowledge Form and “Parental/Guardian Consent, Acknowledgement and Release Form” (for participant under 18 years old) by 16 September 2009.
  • Competitors without the above will not be allowed to compete.

PAYMENT
  • Payment must be made by 30 September 2009.
  • Payment by cheques shall be made payable to “PREMIER CUP SERIES” .
  • You may pay by cash at our office on weekdays between 9am to 6pm.
  • Entries will not be confirmed until full payment and all prescribed forms are complete.
  • Riders are not allowed to start a class (i.e. compete) if payments of entries are not made.

LATE ENTRIES
  • Late entries will be charged an additional 50% on top of the normal entry fee.
  • The Organising Committee reserves the right to refuse Late Entries.


THE ORGANISING COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT
  • Alter advertised times if necessary;
  • To combine, cancel, reschedule or run concurrently any classes listed in the invitation programme; and
  • Increase or decrease the heights of obstacles depending on the entries or other conditions.
